Drive Around Marietta and and little bit of Kennesaw | Welcome 2 Atlanta

The small town of Marietta, Georgia is a great place to live.

It's located just outside of Atlanta, making it close to the city but without all of the hustle and bustle.

There are plenty of things to do in Marietta, including shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. The schools are good, the people are friendly, and the cost of living is reasonable.

What is famous about Marietta?

Marietta still has affordable real estate, it also has vast historic and cultural sites to see.

Metro Atlanta is well known for NOT knocking down any of its trees and Marietta is no different.

You will share the road, your land, and your neighborhood with lush greenery.

You will hear a lot about the BIG CHICKEN, Windy Hill Road, Cobb Parkway, and South Cobb drive when asking for Directions.

The big chicken is in reference to a very old KFC on Cobb Parkway and Roswell Road

Is Marietta a good place to live in Georgia

Marietta is Georgia's 3rd largest County.

It houses more than 750 thousand citizens.

It has tranquil vibes, and great schools and is about 20 mins from Downtown Atlanta.

I've hardly ever seen anyone complain about living in Marieta being that the cost of living is great when compared to other parts of Metro Atlanta and the schools are good.

Marietta, like the rest of Metro Atlanta, is going up on its cost of living so if you are thinking of moving here, you better do it soon or you will be paying double.
